DualSense (PS5) fixes
The DualSense is the controller we see most often, and stick drift is the fault we see most often on it. We replace sticks with like-for-like or TMR modules, and repair ports, batteries, buttons and triggers.
The DualSense Edge has swappable stick modules, but the rest of it still wears: paddles, back panel, triggers and the charging port. We repair all of it and can fit TMR modules to the swappable stick units.
The DualShock 4 is now old enough for worn sticks, tired batteries and loose micro-USB ports to be common. We repair all three and can convert the port to USB-C.
The Xbox Series controller uses potentiometer sticks that drift with use and a USB-C port soldered to the main board. We replace sticks, ports and bumpers with micro-soldering, and fit TMR or Hall modules on request.
The Xbox One controller has a micro-USB port, AA battery contacts and bumpers that wear out, plus the usual stick drift. We repair all of them and can fit magnetic sticks.
The Xbox Elite Series 2 is prone to sticky bumpers, worn paddles, stick drift and a battery that stops holding charge. We repair each fault at board level and fit new paddles and switches.
Joy-Con are small, so the stick modules are small and wear quickly, and the rails that attach them to the console take a beating. We replace sticks with TMR modules and fit new rails.
The Joy-Con 2 for the Switch 2 attach magnetically instead of sliding on a rail, but the sticks are still the part that wears. We replace worn sticks, with TMR modules where they are available for your side.
The SCUF Reflex is built on the DualSense, so its sticks, triggers and port fail the same way, with paddles on top. We repair the standard parts and the SCUF-specific paddles and triggers.
The SCUF Instinct is built on the Xbox Series controller with paddles and instant triggers added. We repair the base controller and the SCUF parts, and replace sticks with like-for-like or magnetic modules.
The SCUF Infinity4PS Pro is a modified DualShock 4 with paddles and remappable controls. We repair the DualShock parts and the SCUF paddles, and replace worn sticks with like-for-like or TMR modules.
The SCUF Envision is a PC controller with its own layout, paddles and side buttons. We repair its sticks, triggers, paddles and port with the same board-level approach we use for console pads.
Battle Beaver PS5 controllers are heavily modified DualSense pads with back buttons and often tactile triggers. We repair the base controller and the added back buttons, and keep your modifications intact.
Battle Beaver Xbox controllers are modified Series pads with back buttons and tactile switches. We repair the base controller and the added parts and keep your setup as it was.
Aim PS5 controllers are custom DualSense builds with paddles, custom shells and often click triggers. We repair the base controller and the added parts, and can match replacement shells where the original is damaged.
Aim Xbox controllers are custom builds on the Xbox Series pad with paddles, click triggers and custom shells. We repair the base controller and the added parts.
The PlayStation Portal uses the same style of analogue sticks as the DualSense, so stick drift is its most common fault. We replace the stick modules on one side or both.
The Quest 2 Touch controllers use a small analogue stick that drifts with use, and the tracking ring cracks in falls. We replace stick modules on one controller or both.
The Quest 3 Touch Plus controllers drop the tracking ring but keep a stick that can drift. We replace the stick module on one controller or both and test pairing before return.
