What do you buy?−

PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo consoles and their controllers, from the PS3 and Xbox One up to the PS5 Pro and Switch 2. Headsets, accessories and retro kit can be added as "Something else" and are priced by hand.

Do you buy broken consoles and controllers?+

Yes. Every device has a working, faulty and no-power figure, so a dead PS5 or a drifting DualSense still gets an offer. Tick the faults you know about and we test the rest.

How is the estimate worked out?+

A fixed figure per device and condition, assuming the full kit. Missing cables, a controller or a dock makes it a "from" price that we confirm after inspection. There are no deductions for storage size, colour or the box.

When is the offer confirmed?+

Within 1 working day of your request, by email, with your reference number. Nothing is final until you accept it.

How does postage work?+

Accept the offer and we email a free prepaid DPD label for any mainland UK address. Or drop it off at Kings Cross, open 24/7.

How and when do I get paid?+

The same day we test it, by bank transfer or as store credit worth 10% more. Bank details are taken at payout, not on this form. Store credit is a single-use code you can put towards any repair or purchase.

Do I need the box?+

No. Boxed or bare is fine. Take out any disc, game card or memory card before you send it, and sign out of your accounts if the device still works.
