You may browse the site and use it to contact us, request quotes, book repairs and reserve devices for personal or business use. You must not misuse the site (for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping content, sending automated form submissions or introducing malicious code). We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe the site is being misused.

• Prices shown on the site are guide prices. Every repair is confirmed with an exact quote after a free diagnosis, before any chargeable work starts.
• Submitting a booking or quote request is not a contract for repair — a contract is formed when we confirm the quote and you accept it (in the shop, by phone, message or email).
• Our No Fix No Fee policy means that if we cannot repair a device you have asked us to fix, you do not pay for the repair work. Where parts are ordered specifically at your request or a diagnostic fee has been agreed in advance, we will tell you before proceeding.
• Please back up your data before a repair where possible. We take care of every device, but we cannot guarantee data will survive hardware failure, liquid damage or a necessary reinstall, and we are not responsible for data loss except where caused by our negligence.

• Refurbished laptops, pre-built PCs and custom PC builds can be reserved through the site. You can pay securely online at checkout, or choose to reserve and pay in store on collection. Where you reserve without paying, the reservation is not a purchase until payment is made.
• Reservations are held for a reasonable period (normally 48 hours for stock items). We will contact you to confirm availability, collection or delivery. Custom and pre-built PCs are built to order and we will agree lead time and payment with you before work starts.
• Product descriptions, specifications and prices are given in good faith and may be corrected if an error is found before you pay. Refurbished devices are sold as described on their product page, including their stated condition and battery health.
• Warranty terms are stated on each product page (for example the build warranty on custom and pre-built PCs and the warranty on refurbished laptops). Consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in addition and are not reduced by these terms.

The text, images, logos and design of this site belong to Fix It Nerds Limited or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own use but may not copy, republish or exploit them commercially without our written consent. Product names and brand logos belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only; we are an independent repair business and are not affiliated with Apple, Microsoft, Sony, Nintendo, Dell, HP, Lenovo, ASUS or any other manufacturer.

The site links to and embeds third-party services (for example Google Maps, Google Reviews and YouTube). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data — see our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

We work hard to keep the site accurate and available 24/7 but cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Opening hours, prices and services may change; the current position is always confirmed when you contact us.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website itself. Liability for repairs and sales is governed by the quote or invoice you receive and by your statutory rights.

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy; the cookies we use are listed in our Cookie Policy, where you can also change your preferences.

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always published on this page. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting your right as a consumer to bring a claim in your local courts.
