What we fix on your DualSense Edge

TMR stick upgrade£80

We remove the original potentiometer modules and fit TMR (tunnelling magnetoresistance) stick modules, which read the stick position with a magnetic sensor. Both sticks are centred and tested for range, dead zone and circularity. Your DualSense Edge keeps its original caps and feel.

Mouse-click face button upgrade£85

We fit a board with tactile micro switches under the face buttons in place of the rubber membranes, giving a short travel and an audible click, like a mouse button. Each button is tested for registration and bounce on your DualSense Edge before we close it up.

GuliKit TMR stick upgrade£100

We swap the original modules for GuliKit TMR stick modules, set the tension to a neutral point and test both sticks for centre, range and circularity. We show you how to adjust the tension on your DualSense Edge once it is back with you.

Can I book more than one fix?−

Yes. Tick every fault that applies and we do them together. The dearest fix is full price and every extra fix on the same device is 10% off.

Do I need an appointment to drop off?+

No. The Kings Cross workshop at Unit 2, 56 Tavistock Pl, London WC1H 9RG is open 24 hours, every day. Booking online just means the parts are ready when you arrive, and you pay after the fix.

How does posting it in work?+

Book and pay online. We email you a free prepaid DPD label within 24 hours; pack the device with your booking number inside and drop it at any DPD point. We fix it, test it and post it back free, tracked.

What if it cannot be fixed?+

No Fix No Fee. If we cannot fix the fault you booked, you do not pay for the repair. Posted-in devices are returned to you.
