Delivery & Collection Policy

• Greater London: free same-day collection from your home or office — book by phone, WhatsApp or through the site.
• Rest of the UK: we email you a free DPD shipping label within 24 hours of booking. Pack the device securely (original box or plenty of padding) and drop it at any DPD point.

Once your repair is complete we return the device free of charge — same-day courier within London, DPD tracked elsewhere.

Console, controller, handheld and drone repairs can be booked and paid for online, then posted to us from any mainland UK address. We email you a free prepaid DPD label within 24 hours of booking; pack the device, attach the label and drop it at any DPD point. Put your booking number, name and phone number inside the box. We email you when the device arrives, when the repair is done, and again with the tracking number when it is on its way back. Return postage to you is free and tracked.

Pack the device securely: original box or a sturdy box with padding on every side, discs and memory cards removed. Choose a postal service whose cover matches the value of your device; the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Drop-off bookings made online are free, nothing is paid until the repair is done.

Custom and pre-built PCs and refurbished laptops can be paid for securely online at checkout, or reserved and paid on collection in store. They ship with free DPD next-day insured delivery to mainland UK addresses; you get tracking by email on dispatch. Or collect from the shop at no charge.

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and offshore islands can take longer; we always confirm timings (and any surcharge) with you before taking payment. For international shipping, contact us for a quote first.

You are welcome to drop off and collect at the shop: 56 Tavistock Place, London WC1H 9RG — open every day, 24 hours. No appointment needed.

DPD will attempt redelivery or leave a card to rearrange. If a parcel comes back to us as undeliverable we will contact you to rearrange; a further charge may apply for repeated failed attempts.
