Questions about this fix

Is the OLED screen more fragile than the LCD?−

The glass on the front is similar. The difference is that the panel and touch layer are one part on the OLED model, so both are replaced together.

Can burn-in be fixed without a new panel?+

No. Burn-in is wear in the panel itself, so the panel has to be replaced.

Do I need an appointment to drop off?+
