DJI Avata 2 drone repairs

We open the battery, measure each cell and check the protection board. If the cells are above the safe threshold we bring them up slowly and wake the battery so it charges normally again. If a cell has dropped too low to be safe, we tell you, because that battery should not go back into service.

We inspect the airframe, motors, gimbal and sensors of your DJI Avata 2, read the flight and error logs, and run the motors and gimbal on the bench. You get a clear list of what is damaged and what it takes to fix. Diagnosis is free when you go on to book a repair, so this paid check is for when you want the findings on their own.

We remove the gimbal from its mount, replace the rubber dampers and any damper pins, and refit the gimbal. It is calibrated and your DJI Avata 2 is bench tested with the camera recording.

We remove the damaged bottom shell, transfer the downward sensors, battery contacts and any lights that mount to it, and fit the new shell. Your DJI Avata 2 is checked for a secure battery latch and clean sensor status before it goes back.

We remove the damaged top shell, transfer any sensors, buttons and seals that mount to it, and fit the new shell, checking every screw and clip. Your DJI Avata 2 is powered up and its sensors checked before it goes back.
