Buying a refurbished console, your questions answered

What do the grades mean?−

Grades are cosmetic only. A is excellent with minimal signs of use, B has light scratches or marks, C has noticeable wear. Every grade is fully working, tested the same way and carries the same warranty.

What has been done to the console?+

Stripped down, dust cleaned out, thermal paste renewed where the console uses it, every port and button tested, storage health checked, then a factory reset so it is ready for your account.

Is there a warranty?+

Yes, 6 months on hardware failure under normal use, return to our Kings Cross workshop. You also have 14 days to return it for a refund if you change your mind, as long as it comes back complete and as sent.

Can I collect it?+

Yes. Pay online or reserve and pay in store, then collect from Unit 2, 56 Tavistock Place, open 24 hours. Delivery is free tracked to mainland UK addresses.

Do you take my old console in part exchange?+
