Delivery & Collection Policy

How devices, repairs and new machines get to and from our Kings Cross workshop.

In short

This policy explains how devices, repairs and new machines move between you and our workshop at 56 Tavistock Place, London WC1H 9RG. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

Repair collections

  • Greater London: free same-day collection from your home or office — book by phone, WhatsApp or through the site.
  • Rest of the UK: we email you a free DPD shipping label within 24 hours of booking. Pack the device securely (original box or plenty of padding) and drop it at any DPD point.

Once your repair is complete we return the device free of charge — same-day courier within London, DPD tracked elsewhere.

Custom builds, pre-built PCs & refurbished laptops

Machines reserved through the site are paid for in store or on delivery — no payment is taken online. Custom and pre-built PCs and refurbished laptops ship with free DPD next-day insured delivery to mainland UK addresses; you get tracking by email on dispatch. Or collect from the shop at no charge.

Highlands, islands & international

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and offshore islands can take longer; we always confirm timings (and any surcharge) with you before taking payment. For international shipping, contact us for a quote first.

Collection in person

You are welcome to drop off and collect at the shop: 56 Tavistock Place, London WC1H 9RG — open every day, 24 hours. No appointment needed.

Failed or missed deliveries

DPD will attempt redelivery or leave a card to rearrange. If a parcel comes back to us as undeliverable we will contact you to rearrange; a further charge may apply for repeated failed attempts.
